A deployment's name and its buttons now share the top line, and a long repository name shows its organisation on its own line above it instead of running out of the Source panel. A step that is still running, such as waiting for new pods, now counts up every second instead of showing 0s, and the downloaded log marks it as running.

A failed deployment's banner shows the error
The red banner at the top of a failed deployment now shows the last lines the failed step printed, which is where its error is. It used to show a stretch of output from before the error and cut off before reaching it.
