One pod and one disk per site, with hard limits

Each site gets its own web server, PHP, database and cache, with hard limits. A busy store cannot slow the brochure site next to it.

Every change is a commit A lost node reschedules its sites automatically
  • Isolated by design

Web server, PHP, database, Redis and OpenSearch (Elasticsearch for Shopware 5) per site, with unique credentials. Nothing shared between clients.

  • Resources sized to your sites

Your cluster's cores, memory and storage run on Google Cloud, with 50% scaling built in.

  • Every change is a commit

A redirect, a PHP version, an SSH key: each is a commit, so the whole estate is auditable and reproducible.

  • Recovers on its own

A PHP spike restarts a worker, never the database. A failed change keeps the last good config. A lost node reschedules its sites.

{  Security  }

PCI DSS compliant, end to end

The platform under every cluster is fully PCI DSS compliant and scanned by an independent third party every quarter. Your clients' stores inherit that on day one.

PCI DSS Full compliance across every environment, verified quarterly
  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 9001:2015
  • Quarterly independent PCI scans
More about security

Zero-day response

Our own patching tool pushes a fix across the whole fleet the day a vulnerability lands.

WAF and DDoS protection

We support Cloudflare, Sucuri or Fastly in front of any site.

Intrusion detection

Encryption throughout, and intrusion detection on every node.

Encrypted backups

Incremental snapshots, encrypted and stored apart from the site they protect.

Automated TLS

Certificates from Let's Encrypt, issued and renewed for you.

24/7 monitoring

Continuous security and incident monitoring, with engineers on call.

Same engineers, ten years in

CoreCluster is new. The platform under it has run enterprise stores for over ten years, with the same engineers on call, fixed monthly pricing and straight answers when something goes wrong.

{  Migration  }

We move your sites, free. You keep your weekend.

Every migration is fully managed by our engineers and included at no charge, from any host. We copy each site read-only, bring it up on a protected preview, check it, and cut over with a short freeze and a DNS change you can roll back.

Plan my migration
  1. 1
    Copy, read-only

Files and a consistent database dump streamed from your server. Nothing is installed or changed there.

  2. 2
    Preview and check

Each site comes up on its own protected address with crons off and mail captured, and gets a twelve-point acceptance check.

  3. 3
    Freeze and flip

A short maintenance window, a final sync, then the DNS change.

  4. 4
    Watch, then relax

A rollback window after every flip, a post-cutover snapshot, and the old server untouched until you say so.

Questions agencies ask us

No. You pay for the cluster. Create as many sites and environments as its capacity holds. The panel warns at 75% and pauses new sites at 90%, and you can move up a size yourself at any time.

It depends on what they do. Capacity is measured on what your sites actually use at their busiest, not on a fixed allocation per site, so a quiet brochure site costs far less than a busy store. We size your first cluster with you from your current estate.

WordPress (including WooCommerce), Laravel and Magento 2, as a fresh install or an empty site ready for your code. PHP 7.4 to 8.5 and MariaDB 11.4 to 12.3: run legacy and the latest side by side; new sites start on PHP 8.3. Every site has a Redis object cache.

Yes, and it is free and fully managed by our engineers, from any host. We copy from your current server read-only, check each site on a password-protected preview, then cut over with a short freeze and a DNS change you can roll back.

On Google Cloud, in the country you choose: the UK, the US, the Netherlands or Australia. Snapshots stay in the same region.

Each site has its own limits, so one busy site cannot slow the others. A PHP spike restarts a PHP worker, never the database. If the whole cluster runs close to its package, the dashboard tells you and upgrading is one click.

A snapshot of each site, files and database together, is taken daily by default, as often as hourly, and kept 30 days. Snapshots are incremental, so only changed files are copied. Change the schedule per cluster, switch snapshots on or off per environment, take one before a risky change, and restore to any point in the list.

Upgrades are self-service from the cluster page and take seconds, without moving your sites. Downgrades go through support so we can check nothing you run would be squeezed.
