Opening a PDF or other file attached to a ticket no longer fails with a 403 error

Typing @ in a ticket reply opens a menu of the people on that ticket; picking one highlights the name in the sent reply and subscribes them, so they hear about it. Agencies choose on My Company > Notifications whether their clients may tag them, which is off until they opt in. Corefinity staff are never taggable.

Agencies can now raise a ticket about any website belonging to a company they work with, with the website and environment lists following the company they pick.

The deployment page has been rebuilt to the new design, and command output streams as it happens instead of appearing only once the deployment has finished.

You can tick several tickets on the Tickets list and choose Open tickets or Close tickets to update them in one go. Choosing Open tickets re-opens the closed tickets in your selection and leaves the rest as they are.

The clock icon on tables that refresh on their own, such as Actions, Tickets and an environment's Deployments tab, is now a labelled Auto-refresh on / off switch. Switching it off keeps every table still as you move between pages, reload or open a new tab, until you switch it back on or log out.

You now stay signed in for up to 12 hours of inactivity instead of 2. Two-factor authentication is still required every time you sign in.

Website names on the deployments screen are now links through to the website's own record, the same as website names elsewhere in the panel.

Breadcrumbs now follow a record's real ownership chain — company, then website, then environment — with every step a link, instead of always pointing back at the listing page.
