Questions about pagespeed
No. Google runs each test from its own servers, once a day per device type. To the site it is one visitor loading the home page.
The home page of each live site, on its main domain. Other domains redirect to it, so they would measure the same page. Password-protected preview addresses are not tested.
INP is measured from real visitors in Chrome, not in the test. Google only reports it once a site has enough traffic. LCP and CLS come from the test itself.
